Sewage Solutions.
Successfully advocated to have the sewage treatment plant covered to reduce odours for residents of Brent Rd and the Lazo area.
Fire Protection.
Worked with the Area C director to get the Merville fire hall built.
Revisiting old contracts.
Ending the $ 1.2 million contract with Comox Valley Economic Development Society (CVEDS) which was doing very little for Area B residents.
Land Steward.
Banned the use of glyphosate in CVRD parks.
Community Plan.
Assisted with the successful grant application for an Agricultural Area Plan for 2022/23.
Air Quality Improvements.
Supported residents of Croteau Beach to improve air quality, especially during the summer months.
Chair person.
Chair of Electoral Area Services Committee and the Solid Waste Committee.
Bike Lanes.
Worked with the Town of Comox to increase bike lanes in the Lazo community.
Food Security.
Worked with LUSH Valley to develop the Comox Valley Food Policy Council to support food security initiatives throughout the valley.
